TEACHER REQUEST PROCESS
PTO has been very fortunate in the past to be able to support our teachers and students by providing money for field trips, classroom supplies, technology materials, and the list goes on. While field trips are our number one priority for our schools, we are open to purchasing other materials. If you have a request, please follow the instructions below for submission. All decisions are made by the PTO members as a group taking into consideration the necessity of the materials as well as the financial ability of PTO. 

If you would like to submit a request to the PTO for review/consideration, please follow these steps:

1.  Complete the Teacher Request Form

2. Submit teacher request form BEFORE the next monthly meeting to villagrovepto@gmail.com

3. Personally present your request at the next scheduled PTO Meeting.
*if the person/class asking for funds does not attend the meeting,
we may choose to table the request until the next months meeting.
